CASE STUDY 1 – NICOLE

Nicole was referred to us by her sister Dimity, who purchased a Hyundai i30 through MVM earlier this year. Nicole has recently retired and after careful consideration decided on a BMW hatchback. Simonne tracked down a gorgeous brand new BMW 118i hatchback in Crimson Red which we delivered to Nicole’s home.

Once I had decided which make of car I wanted post-retirement, Simonne then sourced the model and colour I wanted at a price considerably lower than I could have negotiated. As I didn’t have to visit multiple dealerships to compare what they were prepared to offer me, she saved me time, stress and money. Not having to deal with car salespeople was in itself a huge bonus. Another big bonus was having the car delivered to my home with a full tank of petrol. Communication with MVM was excellent, I knew what was happening at every stage of the purchase. Simonne and her colleagues are to be commended for their professionalism, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
